Мужчина, подозреваемый в убийстве четырех человек в Западной Вирджинии был найден мертвым в лесу в понедельник 1 декабря. Причиной смерти стало самоубийство, сообщает Associated Press со ссылкой на местную полицию.
39-летний Джоди Ли Хант (Jody Lee Hunt) находился в розыске по подозрению в убийствах в окрестностях города Моргантаун.
Как считают в полиции, ранее в понедельник он застрелил своих жертв в районе Уэстовер и возле озера Чит, а затем скрылся с места преступления на черном пикапе.
В районе поисков полиция закрыла школы, местным жителям было рекомендовано не покидать дома без особой необходимости.
Одна из жертв, Шерон Кей Беркшир (Sharon Kay Berkshire), в прошлом месяце подала на Ханта в суд, обвинив его в бытовом насилии.
