В манхэттенском районе Челси выставлен на продажу трехэтажный пентхаус, расположенный в спроектированном легендарным архитектором Захой Хадид здании на 39 квартир.

Апартаменты площадью 6,853 квадратных футовс пятью спальнями предлагаются покупателям за 50 миллионов долларов, пишет New York Post.
Жилье с огромной террасой, камином, лифтом, кинотеатром, бассейном и оформленными по эскизам архитектора кухней и лестницей находится в западной части острова Манхэттен, в 39-этажном строящемся здании.
Жилой комплекс по адресу 520 W. 28th St., где продается пентхаус, является единственным зданием в Нью-Йорке, возводимым по проекту Захи Хадид. По данным издания Dezeen, минимальная стоимость квартир в здании составляет 4,9 миллиона долларов.
Обладательница Притцкеровской премии, архитектор и дизайнер иракского происхождения Заха Хадид скончалась весной 2016 года в Майами на 66-м году жизни. Причиной смерти стал сердечный приступ. Хадид спроектировала десятки сооружений по всему миру, в том числе Центр водных видов спорта Олимпиады-2012 в Лондоне. Летом 2015 года персональная выставка архитектора прошла в Государственном Эрмитаже в Санкт-Петербурге.
